Buying and Downloading Codeshot
Codeshot is distributed through the Mac App Store. When you download or purchase it there, your transaction is processed and managed by Apple, and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app.
Questions about billing, receipts, or refunds are handled by Apple. See Apple's support article for how to request a refund.
Your Content
Codeshot works on your Mac. The code you paste into the app, and the images you export from it, stay on your device — we do not collect, store, or have access to them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep all rights to the code you bring into Codeshot and to the images you create with it. You are free to use those images however you like, including commercially. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the code and any fonts you put into them.
Acceptable Use
Please do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law. Do not use Codeshot to create content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
The App Is Provided "As Is"
Codeshot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do our best to keep the app working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law in your country.
